The Ferry Schedule
No matter where you are coming from, you have to take the ferry. Ferry tickets are $9 return/car.
The ferry runs between Millhaven Wharf near KINGSTON to Stella Wharf on AMHERST ISLAND.
Coming over to the Island:
Every hour on the half hour from 6:30 AM to 1:30 AM
Leaving the Island:
Every hour on the hour from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM
So:
The first ferry over to the island is at 6:30 AM and the last ferry to the mainland is at 1:00 AM.
If you miss the ferry, you have to wait an hour to get the next one. If you miss the second ferry, you have to wait another hour. Waiting is so boring! Time your arrival.
